Multi-Power Wins Power Product of the Year for Riello
Riello UPS’s modular UPS range Multi Power earns recognition at one of the UK electrical industry’s most prestigious awards ceremonies. It won the ‘Power Product of the Year’ category of the Excellence Awards 2022, an event co-hosted by the Electrical Review and Data Centre Review magazines.
Multi Power overcame stiff competition from four other finalists thanks to its successful expansion with additional 15-25 kW power modules and a dedicated MPX compact cabinet.
An independent panel of judges praised our modular UPS’s ‘pay as you grow’ scalability, exceptional efficiency across all load levels, and high power density in a compact footprint.This wasn’t Multi Power’s first awards victory, with the modular powerhouse having previously picked up prizes such as ‘Data Centre Efficiency Project of the Year’ at the DCS Awards.
In addition to the Multi Power victory, Riello UPS’s Technical Services Manager Jason Yates was a runner-up in the ‘Technical Leader of the Year’ award, a new category to celebrate those who have “demonstrated exceptional technical leadership and exemplify the values of the industry at large”.
Source UPS recently carried out replacement of the UPS and down flow cooling in our data centre. The entire project was delivered with out any downtime at all and the installation team were very professional and considerate to the fact that our business was still operating whilst all works we being carried out.
